User requested the capability to select an EAS-style audio tone or the default notification for the alert type in app. This would replace the default, which is to use EAS-style audio for Tornado and Severe T'storm Warnings and the device default notification for all other alerts. Another option would be to only use EAS-style audio for new issuances of TOR and SVR Warnings and default notification for all follow-up statements (continues, cancellations, expirations).
