I just renewed, but the app shows my subscription as expired

If you renewed your subscription, but it shows as expired in Alert Settings (as shown below), please contact us through the 'Contact Support' link in the app main menu (top-left on the main screen). We will get this fixed for you ASAP. We request you include a screenshot of your subscription status in the App Store/Play Store or a purchase receipt.
