I subscribed but was not asked to create an account

Occasionally, the 'handshake' between the App Store/Play Store and StormWatch+ doesn't happen correctly and we are not prompted to display the account creation process after your purchase.

If you subscribed but were not asked to create an account, please contact us via the 'Contact Support' link in the app main menu (top-left button on the main screen). We request you include a screenshot of the subscription status in your App/Play Store or a payment receipt, noting which subscription you purchased - monthly or yearly. We will manually create your account promptly and provide further instruction on logging into the app.
