Resetting your SW+ Alerts account password

Beginning in May 2018, users were required to create SW+ Alerts accounts within their app after purchasing the alerting capability. If you have forgotten your password for this new account, you may reset your SW+ Alerts account password at the following link:

https://app.stormwatchplus.com/password/reset

On the Password Reset page, enter the email address that you used to create your SW+ Alerts account and click "Send password reset link." Within a couple of minutes, you will have an email with instruction on resetting your password, which you may then use to login to your SW+ Alerts account in the app.

 

NOTE: Password reset only applies to your SW+ Alerts account created within the StormWatch+ app, NOT restoration of the in-app upgrade in your app or downloading of the app itself. Those credentials are managed by Apple and/or Google.
