Resetting your SW+ Alerts account password

If you have forgotten your password for your SW+ Alerts account, you may reset your password at the following link:

On the Password Reset page, enter the email address that you used to create your SW+ Alerts account and click "Send password reset link." Within about ten minutes, you will have an email with instruction on resetting your password, which you may then use to login to your SW+ Alerts account in the app. This link expires sixty minutes after being sent, so don't wait once you receive the email with a link!


NOTE: Password reset only applies to your SW+ Alerts account created within the StormWatch+ app, NOT restoration of the in-app upgrade in your app or downloading of the app itself. Those credentials are managed by Apple and/or Google.
