Will I receive alerts if I lose network connectivity?

You will not receive push notifications during network outages as the background services that push these alerts require either a WiFi or cellular data (GPRS, EDGE, 3G, 4G, or LTE) connection.   However, when you regain connectivity, any unsent notifications will be delivered to your device.
