What if I delete and re-install the app or get a new device? Will I still have StormWatch+?

All you need to do to recover StormWatch+ is download the app from the App Store or iTunes, go to the Alerts tab, select SW+ Push Notifications at bottom, and press Restore. The vast majority of users will simply need to press "Restore Purchase" and your in-app purchase will be restored. If you originally purchased StormWatch+ Alerts as an annual subscription, you'll need to enter the email/password you originally registered with, then tap 'restore using credentials'. You will not be charged again. If you have difficulty restoring your purchase, please contact us and we'll be glad to help!

Once the restoration is confirmed, you must re-add your locations. We would repopulate your previous locations, but to conform to Apple's specifications and privacy concerns, user data for users that no longer have the app is removed.
