Some users are receiving multiple (duplicate) push notifications in their notification area when an alert is issued. The text of the alert in the app is not duplicated however. This is a known issue and requires complete re-engineering of the process that sends alerts. We are in a process that involves re-coding the alert program, which we expect to take up to 6 weeks. We apologize for this issue and will post here with any updates.
