UPDATE 7:00pm -- SW+ Alerts has been restored and alerts are flowing as expected. We may have a couple of short outages yet this evening as systems are optimized. Thank you for your patience during the outage today!
3:00pm -- We are currently experiencing an unplanned outage of our SW+ Alerts delivery system due to a hardware failure. We are working on corrective measures, but expect that it could last into this evening. While rare, but we do recognize the critical nature of the alerting to the app and sincerely apologize for the outage. This article will be updated as warranted, as well as when Alerts are restored.
